Dog Owners Who Leave Their Pet’s Poop On The Grass Are About To Be Hit With Serious Fines

We’ve all been there.

You’re rushing around trying to get your morning started and you see your four-legged friend standing by the door.

You grab the leash and head for the door, and it’s only when you’re halfway down the block that you realize you forgot a plastic bag to pick up after your pet.

You’re already running late and you’re sure to just make it worse for yourself if you run back to the house so you just throw some leaves on it and hope that no one steps there for a few days.

It’s not the best thing to do, but it happens. So long as no one is affected, the “no harm, no foul” rule applies to this on a one-time basis.

You learn from your mistakes and next time you remember the bag, maybe you even get one of those bag dispensers that attaches to the leash just to be sure you don’t ever forget again.

Most people don’t have to face any consequences for this little slipup, but that might be changing soon.

Thanks to Poo Prints, a company that will match your dog’s DNA to their poop, it’s about to get a lot more difficult to get away with leaving a mess behind you on your daily walks.
