Abused puppy near death after sick kids covered him in glue

A STRAY puppy who almost died after cruel kids covered him in industrial glue has made an incredible recovery.

Pascal the puppy

Four-month-old Pascal resembled a dead animal animal when he was discovered suffering serious injures from the sickening cruelty.

Heartbreaking footage emerged of the terrified pup who could hardly move after the dried glue cut off blood supply to parts of his body.

But less than a month later, little Pascal is on the road to recovery.

The unrecognisable pooch has even made friends with another puppy after being looked after by charity He’Art of Rescue in Istanbul, Turkey.

Charity founder Nur Rima Yola: “Pascal was in a miserable state when I first saw him inside that box. He was not moving, he had frozen, very scared and very traumatised.

“After the glue has been removed, he stood in shock for one day. He was even turning his back to hide when he saw people.”

Despite being abused by children, Pascal is becoming calm around humans as he regains his confidence.

The glue acted like cement in matting his fur and even caused rigor mortis to set in.

“He is doing better, slowly getting used to the staff in the clinic where of course love is being poured towards him,” Rima added.

“He especially bonded with one of the doctors who is in charge of him, Hasan Akin. They are best buddies.”
